Cooperation mode
We operate in front of clients using their own branding or in collaboration with partners, utilizing partners’ or clients’ communication channels and support systems.
We engage in full-day commitments during specified hours, carrying out real-time tasks and instructions, whether on-site or remotely.
We address random ad hoc Time and Materials (T&M) requests, bug fixes, issues, new features, or changes sent via email or through any mutually agreed method of communication, whether with or without a Service Level Agreement (SLA). We’re equally content handling even the smallest requests sent periodically.
We execute deliverables in accordance with provided blueprints, including changes or products such as reports, CDM/CO, and Analytical Workspaces, following the acceptance of an upfront fixed fee.
We provide training to partners or clients on products or specific features, offering ongoing assistance to enable them to independently manage their projects through knowledge transfer.
We collaborate with clients to implement solutions, ensuring a smooth transition to operational status and facilitating the transfer of support knowledge.
